1. HOW DO OUR SYSTEM WORK
We use modern state of the art technology carpet cleaning machines, sometimes called steam carpet cleaning. We pre-condition the soiled surface first with our professional cleaning agents which break down the dirt. Then spray hot water onto the carpet to be cleaned evenly distributes the cleaning solution via a fine spray onto the carpet surface. Then use in a power brush to gently agitates and works the solution right to the base of the carpet. The dirty water and residue is then immediately and powerfully extracted by a two strong vacuum machines, all in one quick process. This system will not leave your carpet wet though, and your carpets will dry very fast.
4. DO I NEED TO VACUUM THE CARPETS
For best results, your carpets should be vacuum before we get there. If not we will vacuum them for you.
5. WILL THE CARPETS SMELL AFTER CLEANING
Especially if your carpet is 100% wool, It will have a wool smell in the cleaning process , but will go away when your carpet is dry.
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKES THE CARPET TO DRY
Your carpets are cleaned right down to their base but because most of the water is then quickly extracted your carpets are left around 80% dry. Depending on factors such as the time of year, ventilation and heat in the property, carpets will usually take between 2 to 5 hours to completely dry.
3.WILL ALL STAINS COME OUT
Clean Master cannot guarantee every stain will come out of your carpets, but we always try our best! It depends how long the stain has been in your carpets, and if the customer as already use many cleaning products to try to remove the stain, some off the they cleaning products can make the stain worse, but most stain is 50/ 50/ chance of come in out the carpet.
